This might be out of context but it is a necessary attribute to portray. Even though we try as much as we can to maintain a healthy lifestyle, there's another part of us that wants to live on the edge, which is fine but responsible. We yawn for growth, discovery, and adaptation but in the process of all this, we experience sorrow, struggles, triumph, and joy.
However, living is also about being resilient, it involves realizing that failures and setbacks are not tragedies but rather chances for development and self-discovery. By adopting a growth mindset, we may turn challenges into learning opportunities and use our experiences to further our professional and personal growth.

The lives people really look back on with pride are the ones that don't go in a steady upwards or downwards direction. It's the ones that are zigzag to put it simply. Where someone was going down back but managed to work their way up. People tend to admire those more too, because that's where resilience lies. You are right. As humans, we'll always want growth and discovery, basically more than what we have now. That's the beauty of life. You always have the choice to go further. How do you want your life to look at the end of it all?
I really resonate with this post. Sometimes, it is very hard to adapt to change and to open your mind to embrace growth. I feel like it always starts out as a struggle, however the more we push ourselves to be uncomfortable, the better our lives turn out and the more we grow. Even when things might not go the way we want them to, clearing any preconceived notions we may have and accepting that while we cannot always change the outcome, we can absolutely change the way we react or handle something.
