I'll use this video as an example because it gives a vivid explanation and example of what it is like when you face your adversity head-on because that is one thing about life. handling our business and working to have a better future.
I was just a kid in Africa with no athletic features and not knowing what my future would look like. wasn't thinking that I'd come to America to be a part of huge basketball programs in the United States.

But here I am still working to have a better future and survive this unfair nation. just as a wise man said, "Without commitment, you'll never start. but more importantly, without consistency, you'll never finish

Wow! What an inspiring video and I admire your story. It can be difficult to stay motivated in the gym. The more you work at it the more mentally and physically stronger you will become. Your journey to become a basketball player at UCLA must have been a long one but well worth it, let alone the physical, mental, and talent it takes to compete at the top! I played tennis at UCLA and as fun as it was, competing at a high level came with many obstacles. The lessons I learned and skills I developed will be with me for the rest of my life! As a UCLA student-athlete, what are some lessons you learned that helped you succeed?
