when we talk about a "warrior workout, " we visualize that strong mindset by tapping into that spartan energy and conquering negative struggles in our way. whereby we unleash the raging capability within ourselves.
this will allow us to connect to that powerful imagery of strength, discipline, and courage stored within us.
on a personal note, sometimes I tap into this type of energy when I'm on the court competing against my opponent, I don't want to lose and I'll do everything in my power to come out winning in the end. just as one wise man said, by Malcolm X, "by any means necessary
